This unique private golf, recreation and athletic club offers all the latest amenities in a truly welcoming family club atmosphere.  For one year from the date of your closing you'll enjoy full use of:

• A remarkable American-style golf course of bent grass with four tee boxes, that winds by lakes, meadows, wooded areas.
• A complete athletic complex with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a wide variety of fitness classes and equipment including a specially-designed spinning studio, personal trainers, nursery and Kids' World.
• The Player's Grille for meals or refreshments after working out, or family or competitive play.
• Club get-togethers, parties, and social events throughout the year, at a facility that welcomes you.

How It Works

• You're invited to take a first class tour of Scioto Reserve Golf and Athletic Club with your New Home Consultant and one of Scioto Reserve's Membership Services Associates.
• Yours will be a full family membership.  This will give you access to everything the club has to offer, from golf, to dining, to the fitness center, etc. for everyone in your immediate family (spouse and children).
• You will not pay any initiation fee, monthly dues, range fees, handicapping service fee, or Pro Shop discount fee for the entire year.  Even if you choose to maintain your membership after one year, and we hope you do, you will never be charged an initiation fee.  Normally, the fees and dues total over $5,000, including monthly dues of over $400.
• After the closing on your new home, you'll have a Membership Welcome Meeting with a representative of the Scioto Reserve staff.  Here you and every member of your family will receive their photo membership card, and an explanation of all services.
• At the end of the year, you will have the opportunity to maintain your membership at any member level you'd like. Family, individual, social, including or excluding golf, etc. It's your choice.  You'll be invited to meet with a Membership Services Associate to discuss the options and costs.

Membership Charge Privileges

• As with any private club, members pay for the services they use, and that will be no different for your full membership at Scioto Reserve.  Dining in the Player's Grille, items from the Pro Shop, costs for some of the club's social events, guest golf fees and other services are all paid by full members of the club.
• Your membership card is used to gain entrance to the club, and to charge member services to your member account so there's no need to carry cash.  A credit card or bank account is set up at your Member Welcome Meeting so your charges are conveniently handled monthly by electronic funds transfer.
