Responsibilities:
- Execute sales by following the Village Communities Sales Process
- Build rapport
- Ask questions and identify needs
- Demonstrate models
- Assist with selecting the home that best fits the customer's needs
- Solve problems and resolve objections
- Ability to juggle dozens of active prospects
- Ability to follow-up, follow-thru and ask for referrals
- Contact current and prospective customers to consult and explain services
- Assist with other projects as assigned
- Ability to work evening and weekends
- Find prospective homebuyers through extensive networking and referrals

Leading Columbus Ohio home builder is seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual responsible for manning a sales center and model homes. The assistant will work with a New Home Consultant to greet, inform, register and schedule appointments with prospect visitors to our communities. Candidate must be available to work between 12 -7 PM ~ 20 or 30 hours per week. Skill requirements are friendly, engaging, disciplined, good communication aptitude, and process driven. Compensation is paid on a subcontractor basis meaning you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year, we do not withhold taxes, and no benefits will be available. Performance bonuses are also available!
