Central Ohio homebuilder is looking for a mature, responsible, part-time Production Coordinator to assist Development Administrator and Purchasing Manager. Duties include, but not limited to processing purchase orders, permitting, assisting construction staff, reception relief, creating letters and memos and updating reports. Conscientious candidate should enjoy fast paced atmosphere, have great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and possess the ability to multi-task effortlessly. Ideal candidate will have Microsoft Office knowledge. JD Edwards proficiency a plus but not necessary. Some daily local travel is required. Income commensurate with experience. - Assist with selecting the home that best fits the customer's needs
- Solve problems and resolve objections
- Ability to juggle dozens of active prospects
- Ability to follow-up, follow-thru and ask for referrals
- Contact current and prospective customers to consult and explain services
- Assist with other projects as assigned
- Ability to work evening and weekends
- Find prospective homebuyers through extensive networking and referrals
