When you finance a new-construction purchase with our mortgage company, your builder can respond to your precise needs by:
- Paying your mortgage payment — principal, interest, taxes and insurance (PITI) — for up to six months (up to 6% of maximum allowable builder contribution)
- Covering some or all of your closing costs (up to 9% of maximum allowable builder contribution)
- OR offering combined mortgage payment and closing cost assistance (up to 9% of maximum allowable builder contribution)
With this flexibility, items like home upgrades or new furnishings are within reach.
